Standard reservation terms and conditions :

• Your reservation will be confirmed on receipt of a 40% deposit 
• Your payment can be processed quickly and easily by sending us a fax with your credit card number, expiry date and security code.

Cancellation terms and conditions :

• The deposit will be retained in full if a reservation is cancelled less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date, unless the room is rebooked. 
• Deposits will be reimbursed 30 days after notice of the cancellation has been received in writing. 
• Please note that deposits are classed as a debit and will only be reimbursed at the end of your stay, provided that the terms of the reservation have been adhered to in full. 
• If you decide to leave before your scheduled departure date, you authorise us to retain the full amount of your deposit, which will not be deducted from your bill.
